You’ll also play a key role in developing our local presence and shaping the future of our services. What You’ll Do: Lead and coach a team of accountants, ensuring top-quality client work and communication. Present financial reports, analyze cash flow, and guide clients through business decisions. Manage deadlines, review deliverables, and support team development. Develop local business relationships and help grow Limestone’s brand in the community. Stay hands‑on with client work and internal systems, ensuring smooth operations. Continuously learn and contribute to training and company‑wide initiatives.
