We are seeking a Client Manager to join our team based in Cheltenham. Your role as a Client Manager will be to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, support junior members of the team as well as office growth.Brief Job DescriptionManaging a portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients, acting as the primary point of contactReviewing year-end statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders, ensuring compliance with UK accounting standardsReviewing corporation tax computations and returns prior to submissionReviewing personal tax returns for accuracy and completenessProviding detailed feedback to Accounts Technicians and junior team members to support development and maintain quality standardsIdentifying training needs within the team and assisting with mentoring and technical support where appropriateEnsuring statutory accounts and tax returns are submitted in line with Companies House and HMRC deadlinesDealing with client queries via phone, email and in person where requiredHolding regular client meetings to review financial performance, discuss tax matters and identify planning opportunitiesIdentifying and pitching additional services to existing and prospective clientsWorking collaboratively with other managers and team members to meet departmental and firm-wide targetsLiaising with the Outsourcing and Management Accounts team to ensure delivery of a complete service to larger clientsWorking alongside Advisory and Specialist teams within the Group to identify opportunities and support wider advisory projectsMonitoring workflow and managing deadlines across your client portfolioDiversity & Inclusion at bk plusAt bk plus, inclusion and diversity are central to our values.
