Senior Private Wealth Client Advisor

Location: Boston, MA

Compensation: $120K–$165K base + bonus *Free Parking*


Our client, a leading independent wealth management firm, is looking for a Senior Advisor to support high-net-worth clients. Individuals, multi-generational families, and family offices.

This role partners closely with portfolio managers and advisory teams to deliver high-touch client service while managing account administration and complex client relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Provide client service support for high-net-worth and family office clients
  • Supervise 2-3 Associate level team members
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
  • Coordinate closely with portfolio managers and advisory teams to support ongoing client needs
  • Manage account administration (openings, transactions, maintenance)
  • Coordinate client meetings and prepare reports and communications
  • Coordinate with external advisors (tax professionals, attorneys, accountants) regarding trust, tax, and entity-related matters
  • Support relationships involving trusts, foundations, and complex entity structures
  • Proactively resolve client service issues while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Work with trusts, foundations, and entity structures


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years experience in wealth management, private banking, or family office support
  • Experience with trust and fiduciary accounts
  • Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $120K–$165K + Bonus & Equity eligibility
