Client Relationship Coordinator  If you are a go-getter who is strong at using persuasive language, asking in-depth questions, and getting our prospects engaged, and if you want to be part of a driven financial organization with great initiatives, we want to hear from you! Johnson Brunetti is a leading retirement and investment firm with offices in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Georgia. This position is based in our Wethersfield, CT office.We are looking for a driven candidate who can grow a sales pipeline by coordinating multiple schedules and filling the calendars of our financial advisors in multiple offices. This position requires that you possess the following skills: • High level of communication and follow-through skills• Strong persuasive phone skills to motivate prospects to set and keep appointments• Previous experience in a relatable appointment scheduling or inside sales role• Strong organizational skills• Strong ability to follow through the entire process of converting prospects to clients• Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth• Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred • Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred Telephone or inside sales experience is a plus 4 Year college degree Ability to work some evenings for events  Responsibilities/Tasks: • Ability to fill the Financial Advisors’ schedules with qualified appointments through marketing efforts • Calling, qualifying and scheduling prospects • Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients • Attend and set up seminars and workshops (in the evenings) and book appointments at the conclusion of programs (approximately 2- 3 a month) • Accurate entry of data into CRM (salesforce) system from prospecting & and marketing efforts • Work independently and proactively to meet business & department goals
