JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Client Relationship Manager I, you will manage overall customer relationships for Institutional Custody, acting as the primary contact for Institutional Custody clients.
How youll spend your time:
  • You will act as the lead communicator to clients regarding strategic/business items and issue resolution.
  • You will prepare and track annual client relationship plans; ascertain and document clients' satisfaction level with UMB's service.
  • You will work with our sales team to build rapport with prospects to facilitate a streamlined transition when they become clients and assist with fee negotiations.
  • You will assist with cross-sell strategies for existing client portfolios; marshaling sales and product management experts as needed.

  • You have a bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • You have at least 2 years of sales, relationship management experience or associated industry experience.
  • You have an aptitude for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Compensation Range:
Minimum: $51,480.00 - Maximum: $119,200.00
