Position Summary
- We are seeking an initiative-taking Client Relationship Manager to cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, farm additional opportunities for recruitment, and deliver exceptional results by driving candidate placements.
- This role is pivotal to our mission of client success and business growth, requiring someone with a proven ability to manage client relationships, expand business opportunities, and secure new client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with client hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and secure additional job requisitions for our recruiting team.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address challenges, align expectations, and ensure seamless staffing operations.
Accounting Growth and Farming:
- Build and expand relationships with client stakeholders to uncover new hiring needs and farm additional positions.
- Partner with internal recruitment managers and teams to prioritize and fill client job requisitions effectively.
- Strategically identify opportunities to increase placement volume and deliver measurable results.
Recruitment Support:
- Work closely with our recruiters to ensure client requirements are clearly met and aligned with the candidate's sourcing strategy.
- Facilitate the placement process by coordinating with clients, candidates, and internal recruitment managers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the recruitment process.
Business Development (New Logo Acquisition)
- Leverage industry knowledge and networks to identify and secure new client accounts for us.
- Develop and execute strategies to engage prospective clients and highlight our unique staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with the business development team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and report on client metrics, requisition volume, placement success, and overall account performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in client and recruitment management processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development, preferably in the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience partnering with staffing MSP clients.
- Proven history of farming additional business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Experience in new client acquisition or securing "new logos" is a strong plus.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.

- Proficient in using vendor management systems (VMS) such as Beeline, Magnet, Fieldglass, etc.
- Proficient in using ATS systems, CRM tools, and other recruitment technology platforms.
