Delaney Computer Services, Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service & IT Sales Team support professional to join our dynamic team in Mahwah, NJ. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our client experience within our Managed IT Services division while supporting our sales operations. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving queries effectively, and assisting our sales team in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses to support requests.
  • Assist the sales team with managing inbound sales calls and facilitating follow-ups.
  • Support client onboarding processes, ensuring clients are fully integrated into our services smoothly.
  • Help with preparing sales proposals and coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure understanding and satisfaction with our service offerings.
  • Help manage customer satisfaction metrics and follow-up on feedback to implement improvements.
  • Maintain client information in the CRM database with up-to-date client information and interaction records.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotes and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and client meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed, including marketing efforts and outreach campaigns.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or sales support roles.
  • Strong familiarity with IT concepts and an eagerness to learn about managed IT services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the IT or MSP industry.
  • Experience with sales processes and supporting a sales team.
  • Knowledge of project management basics and CRM systems.

Education:

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of supporting client success and sales efforts.
