Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely, accurate information.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring they feel welcome and are set up with the necessary resources.
  • Help organize client meetings and manage follow-up tasks, including documentation and scheduling.
  • Update client information and meeting notes in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy.
  • Collaborate with advisors to address client needs, including preparing for reviews and implementing service changes.
  • Coordinate client appreciation events and communications to strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

  • Relationship Builder: You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and understanding their goals.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You thrive on managing details and maintaining accurate records.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (experience with financial planning tools a plus).
