Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Client Service Associate to join our team on-site at our office in Evans, GA. In this role, you will provide exceptional service and support to our clients by addressing inquiries, managing client accounts, and coordinating communications. Additional responsibilities include assisting with financial planning tasks, client file management, and contributing to the overall efficiency of office operations. You will work closely with advisors and other staff to maintain strong client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and advisors, delivering outstanding customer service and support.
  • Service client accounts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and communicating effectively.
  • Preparing letters, forms, spreadsheets, and updating customer profiles.
  • Utilize CRM tool to record and manage client contacts, information, and required documentation for compliance.
  • Collaborate with advisors to refine current practices, increase client satisfaction, and foster growth of the company through deepening client relationships and bringing in new prospects.
  • Maintain detailed records of tasks and projects, and follow up with the parties included in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality.


Qualifications

  • Client Services, Customer Support, and Customer Service experience to effectively assist and address client needs.
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and colleagues thoroughly and professionally.
  • Basic understanding or experience in Finance to support financial planning and asset management functions.
  • Proficiency in organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn financial systems software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in wealth management or financial services is a plus.
