Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Ameriprise’s CRM and other internal systems. Process client transactions and service requests in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Coordinate communication between clients and the financial advisory team to ensure timely and effective information flow. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for client meetings. Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in a client service or administrative role, ideally within the financial services industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory compliance standards.
