The ideal candidate is a good communicator, empathetic, professional, and enjoys solving problems.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesService daily client inquiries over the phone and in-person, including scheduling meetings and greeting clientsWork both independently and within a dynamic team environment to provide administrative support to the financial advisors and branch officeOpen new client accounts, process money movement, and research information as neededEnsure client paperwork and documentation is accurate prior to submission and processing.
