We’re expanding our team and hiring a compassionate, energetic Client Service Representative who will serve as a key connection point between our clients and the communities they serve. No prior experience is required—just a passion for helping others and a drive to make a difference.

As a Client Service Representative, you’ll represent leading nonprofit and advocacy clients at live events and community outreach campaigns. Your role will focus on relationship building, public education, and community support—all while supporting meaningful causes.

• Serve as the first point of contact for community members, donors, and supporters

• Represent nonprofit and advocacy clients with authenticity and professionalism at live events

• Share key campaign messages and educate the public on urgent social issues

• Foster trust-based relationships that encourage ongoing support and engagement

• Collaborate with your team to increase outreach impact and campaign visibility

• Maintain accurate reporting and feedback to inform client strategies
