Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) – Full Time The Face of Our Hospital! Brookville Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team! We’re a busy two-doctor practice with a close-knit staff that works hard, supports each other, and believes that a little laughter makes the day better. Our front desk is the heart of the hospital. You’re the first friendly face clients see when they walk in and the calm voice they hear when they call with questions. Because of this, we’re looking for someone who can take the lead at the front desk, keep things organized, and help the whole team stay on track throughout the day. Veterinary clinic experience is strongly preferred—this role moves fast and requires someone who understands the flow of a veterinary hospital. If you’re someone who can juggle phones, appointments, excited puppies, nervous cats, and the occasional chaotic moment with confidence and a smile, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Welcome clients and their pets while creating a warm and positive first impression Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule Help keep the hospital running smoothly by coordinating with doctors and technicians Process invoices and payments accurately Communicate with clients about services, estimates, and hospital policies Maintain organized and accurate medical records Help guide the flow of the hospital during busy times Handle challenging client situations with professionalism, patience, and empathy Be a leader at the front desk and help support the team throughout the day What We’re Looking For Veterinary clinic experience strongly preferred At least 1–2 years of customer service experience Someone who is confident, organized, and comfortable leading the front desk Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
