Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt, professional, and efficient assistance, while fostering positive and lasting relationships.
Policy Management:
Process and manage policy changes, updates, and renewals, ensuring clients are informed of necessary adjustments and maintaining up-to-date records.
Answer Inquiries:
Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance coverage, claims, billing, and policy details, offering clear and accurate information tailored to their needs.
Problem Resolution:
Investigate client concerns, resolve issues promptly, and provide timely, accurate solutions that meet client expectations, ensuring a seamless experience.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in our systems, ensuring all interactions, updates, and policy changes are properly documented for reference and compliance.

Requirements:
- Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor to engage with clients effectively.
