GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Client Service Specialist will be a member of a team that supports advisors and their high net worth client relationships. This includes comprehensive concierge and lifestyle services for our Family Office clients on both an accounting and personal level.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Wealth Manager, Client Services and Client Accounting teams to support clients and prospects.
  • Serve as a key liaison to other areas supporting the client needs and solutions.
  • Act as a facilitator on real estate and auto transactions, assisting clients with placing insurance claims, proactively monitoring credit reports, coordinating moves and the setup of utility services as well as travel arrangements.
  • Assist with and manage new client on-boarding process within the Family Office.
  • Work closely with the Client Accounting Team to maintain client accounts – including opening and closing client accounts, preparing transfer forms, address changes, maintenance of master account list
  • Assists with preparing and processing client wire transfers
  • In coordination with the Wealth Manager, meets with clients to fulfill requests, gather documents and general follow-up.
  • Consistently and proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely execution of all open items.
  • Develop strong product knowledge and client relationship management skills.
  • Prepare preliminary client correspondence and professional client presentation materials.

EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment and provide leadership
  • Thrives in a high energy team based environment
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality of client information
  • CRM and QuickBooks experience is a plus
