Client Services / Hospitality RepresentativeLocation: New York OfficeSchedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMSalary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 (commensurate with experience)We are seeking a personable and professional Client Services/Hospitality Representative to join our New York office. This full-time role is key to delivering an exceptional experience for clients, visitors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, service-driven, and comfortable managing hospitality operations in a fast-paced, corporate environment.Please note: You need to have a background legal, preferably in Am Law 100/200 to be considered for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet clients and guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls, providing information or directing inquiries as needed.Coordinate and schedule conference room reservations; ensure rooms are set up, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.Monitor and maintain kitchen pantries and break areas, restocking as needed to ensure cleanliness and readiness.Perform general administrative support tasks including light typing, photocopying, filing, and assisting with special projects as assigned.What We’re Looking ForPrior experience in a hospitality, front desk, client services, or administrative support role preferred.Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Professional demeanor with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a polished presentation under pressure.Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering a high level of client service.What We OfferCompetitive starting salary, based on experienceComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and moreA positive and professional team environment in a prestigious Midtown Manhattan locationJoin our team and help ensure a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality experience for every client and visitor.
