AllianceOne is currently seeking a Talented Professional to add to our team:
Position: Client Services Administrative Liaison
Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA (On-Site)
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $15.00- $17.00/hour dependent upon qualifications.
Our comprehensive benefits include but are not limited to: Health Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision), HSA/FSA plans, Generous Paid Time Off package, Optional Daily Pay, EAP, 401k after 90 days and much more!
Full-Time employees are eligible for Health benefits on the first of the month following hire date, or coincident to hire date if hired on the first of the month.
Description:
Administrative support for the client services department. Printing, Addressing and mailing of client and debtor correspondence. Sorting and scanning of mail received in the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES ALSO INCLUDE:
  • Printing and mailing of letters required to be sent to consumers using a mail merge.
  • Daily printing of PDF letters created by other team members and mailing them and noting the appropriate account.
  • Opening mail received for the client services department and scanning to the correct party.
  • Receiving correspondence from the payment processing department, sorting them and scanning to the correct representative.
  • Preparing outbound dispute responses and working the dispute email box.
  • Maintain documentation of tasks on CAST IMS.
  • Maintains a log of office visitors
  • Ensuring you are following written procedures and are within compliance
  • Promotes a positive atmosphere and working relationship with and among employees; supports and cooperates with other managers and supervisors company-wide.
  • Recording and logging most information obtained for future reference.
  • Exemplifies and promotes the welfare of the company internally and in contact with customers and the general public.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Education and specific Training
  • HS diploma required. College degree preferred.
Work experience
  • General collection knowledge
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
  • General computer skills with experience in working with Windows, and DOS.
Soft and specific skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Adaptable
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Work well both independently and in a group.
  • Organized
  • Detail oriented
