This role sits at the center of our pursuit engine; enabling client-facing leaders to move quickly, pitch confidently, and win business decisively. The Client Service discipline at AMC exists at the intersection of operations and ownership. As Analyst, you’ll help drive clarity between those worlds through sharp execution, detailed analysis and pro forma creation, tight deliverables, and strong market intelligence. Responsibilities include:Support pursuit strategy by building pro Formas to the line-item level, and performing financial underwriting for lease ups, takeovers, and portfolio transitionsConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy, and enhance client-facing deliverables and materialsAssist in the creation and refinement of pitch decks, RFP responses, pursuit collateral, and other client and internal deliverablesManage CRM updates, pipeline tracking, pursuit calendar, and internal reportingPartner with operations and senior leaders to coordinate deliverables and align on messagingDevelop ownership profiles and property-level intelligence to guide and support the client-facing team on approach and positioningDeliver polished, high-quality outputs and create leverage for senior team membersOther support duties that may be required from time to timeRequirements:2-4 years of experience in real estate, finance, consulting, or other analytically rigorous environmentsStrong modeling and research skills; be able to build, refine, and QA pro formas and rent studies with confidenceClear, concise communicator with strong written skills and attention to detailExposure to client service, business development and/or cross function work is preferredHighly accountable and self-directed. Is a team player who thrives in fast-paced unstructured environmentsCompetencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):Proficient with Microsoft suite, particularly Microsoft Excel application and other relevant softwareAbility to prioritize and manage time effectivelyAbility to take initiative and work independentlyStrong communication skills, both written and verbalEffective leadership and development skillsKnowledge of major CRM systems and pipeline tracking methodologies a plus Additional Information:Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry.
