You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning to our clients. Working alongside senior advisors, you’ll help build, analyze, and implement financial plans while gaining hands-on experience in client meetings and real-world decision making. Set


COMPENSATION: $55k - $80k per year + Bonus + Benefits

*Pay dependent on Experience & Credentials


This is a growth-oriented role designed to develop you into a lead advisor over time.


What You'll Do

  • Proactively Call and qualify prospective clients and schedule meetings for advisors
  • Prepare and refine financial plans for client review and implementation
  • Support client meetings, including note-taking and follow-ups
  • Analyze client data and build reports, presentations, and recommendations
  • Input and maintain data in financial planning and CRM systems
  • Assist with account servicing: transfers, account setup, and maintenance
  • Generate performance and portfolio reports
  • Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to execute client requests


What You'll Develop

  • Core financial planning expertise across investments, tax, retirement, and estate planning
  • Real client exposure and advisory experience
  • Mastery of financial planning tools and firm processes
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
