Assist customers and clients with their rental properties, including performing property showings, marketing available properties, and helping with leasing documents and paperwork.

Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and emails with quality customer service and professionalism
- Assisting walk-in traffic with confidence and knowledge
- Scheduling and performing property showings to prospective residents
- Preparing and reviewing lease agreements
- Marketing available properties
- Processing rental applications
- SEO assistance
- Creating and engaging with social media content and blogs

- Active Drivers License (company car is typically available to use, but you may need to use your own vehicle at times with mileage reimbursement)

Wages
- Team members with limited experience can make $14-16 per hour plus benefits. Those with more extensive experience can make even more.
- This position could evolve into a supervisor or manager position.

Schedule
This position will work during normal business hours, 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday.
