Job Title: Client Services Manager

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Client Services Manager to enhance our client relationships and drive exceptional service delivery. This role involves leading a team of client service professionals, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing the overall client experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a track record of improving client retention and service quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the client services team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to drive service improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on client service metrics and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client services or account management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
