We’re looking for a detail-driven Client Service Representative to support our fast-paced team. This role includes:

✔️ Reviewing medical processes & records

✔️ Managing prior authorization requests (PARS)

✔️ Organizing and maintaining case files

✔️ Data entry and documentation support

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of admin experience (healthcare preferred)

• Strong organization & communication skills

• High attention to detail & discretion with sensitive info

• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
