Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Services Representative to support daily operations within our title company. This role serves as a key point of contact for a broad and diverse client base, including borrowers, lenders, and title vendors. The ideal candidate is adaptable and comfortable communicating with different clients using a variety of communication methods while ensuring timely responses and accurate routing of requests.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage incoming communications via shared inboxes from borrowers, lenders, and title vendors
Work with a wide client base that may have different expectations, communication styles, and preferred methods of contact
Review emails and uploaded loan documents for completeness and availability
Respond directly to inquiries when information is available and appropriate
Forward emails or requests to the correct internal team when action is required, either via email or by creating system actions to route items into the applicable team queue
Upload loan documents accurately into internal systems
Answer incoming phone calls through assigned phone queues and provide professional, timely assistance
Maintain clear, accurate, and consistent communication while adhering to company service standards
Document all actions and communications according to internal procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
Previous experience in title, escrow, or real estate services preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt communication style to meet the needs of different clients
Ability to manage multiple inboxes, systems, and phone queues simultaneously
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
