Client Solutions Associate (1–4 Years)
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
Compensation: 15 LPA + 4.5 Lacs yearly Bonus
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Client Solutions Associate with 1–4 years of professional experience, ideally in a startup environment or customer success role. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and an ability to match the right experts to client research needs. You’ll manage end-to-end research projects, ensure high-quality outcomes, and collaborate with internal teams to improve platform functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and match relevant experts to client research needs for interview-based projects.
Manage client research projects end-to-end, from understanding goals to scheduling expert conversations.
Communicate with clients and experts to ensure high-quality interviews and project outcomes.
Monitor and analyze client and expert feedback to maintain a high-quality expert network.
Share insights with product and engineering teams to improve the platform and user experience.
Requirements
1–4 years of professional work experience.
Experience in customer success, operations, consulting, research, or startup environments preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
Understanding of professional industries and roles is a plus.
Growth mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
Work Policy
Hybrid role: 3 days/week in the Bangalore office (Infantry Road).
Full-time position.
