As a Client Solution Manager II within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in a remote location. This a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

This position would support PNC's Treasury Management Commercial Card Implementations area. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of commercial card experience and/or Treasury Management implementation experience. Additionally, candidates with leadership experience in process improvement, along with technical Treasury Management experience are preferred.

Job Description

Manages a team responsible for implementing complex and non-complex Card Implementations for new and ongoing C&IB client relationships and leads staff to achieve relevant KPI's and requirements.
Monitors and oversees all activities in adherence to SLAs. Provides metric reports on performance to leadership.
Manages, aligns and oversees the development of a Commercial Card Implementations Team which may include supervisors and individual contributors.
Serves as a partner & liaison to Sales and manages and maintains relationships with internal/external service partners.
Manages complex client exceptions and escalations.
Supports the execution of strategic initiatives. Recommends process improvements and connects strategy to business outcomes to drive desired client experience.
Drives strategic change across the Card Implementation Management Team in line with PNC Treasury Management goals and objectives.
Participates in establishing and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
