Your key responsibilities as a Client Support and Operation Officer will be to:
- Run the data management processes in terms of data processing, controlling, dissemination, and client exception handling.
- Formulate, control, and disseminate clients funds' static data, encompassing MIFID II and PRIIPs regulatory reporting, and dynamic data.
- Liaise with clients during onboarding and in order to ensure issue resolution.
- Coordinate with platforms in order to establish connectivity and perform dissemination controls.
- Rectify errors and ensure remedial measures are put in place to avoid reoccurrence.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Information Services solutions with the definition and validation of business requirements and business validation of new solution features.
- Participate in Business Acceptance Testing as and when requested.
- Support ad-hoc data requests.
To join us as a Client Support and Operation Officer you will need the following experience and skills:
- You must be fluent in English
- You must have a good understanding of the fund industry, investment/financial market, or of the financial instruments
- You must have experience in a data-focused role - ideally, client support focusing on fund data management, client onboarding, etc.
- You have experience with Excel & spreadsheets
- You must have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- You must have the ability to analyse and prioritise your work, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- You will ideally have a university degree in finance, economics, data, or similar
