Job Summary
All About ABA, LLC is dedicated to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals and families. We are seeking an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while providing excellent customer service to our clients and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Schedule client appointments and coordinate therapy sessions for clients with behavior technicians.
  • Assist with client intake procedures and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Support the administrative team with general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and clinical staff to ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
  • Offer support for staff absences that are inclusive of Behavior Technician responsibilities.
  • Working closely and efficiently with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst to meet the needs of the Clinic.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and client-focused attitude towards individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
