Clinic Administrative Coordinator Apply
Purpose
Support the Center Director and clinic team with the administrative, scheduling, and operational tasks that allow therapists and leaders to focus on what matters most — care and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and call-outs to keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Track timesheets, non-billable hours, and RBT compliance documentation.
- Maintain clinic records, inventory, and health/safety standards.
- Support billing and insurance documentation organization.
- Coordinate trainings, meetings, and events, ensuring calendars, materials, and communications are always up to date.
- Assist with family communication — calls, reminders, and schedule updates.
- Oversee clinic supplies and inventory, ensuring the environment is stocked, organized, and welcoming.
- Provide behind-the-scenes support for staff morale initiatives like Mental Monday, Whimsical Wednesday, and Thankful Thursday!
- Be MedAide trained and assist with medication administration when needed.
- Support emergency readiness, documentation, and compliance updates.

Requirements

- A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys supporting both staff and families.
- Experience in administrative, educational, or healthcare settings preferred.
- MedAide trained or willing to become certified to assist with medication administration.
