Are you a licensed Physical Therapist seeking a leadership opportunity in an outpatient ortho setting?

Our client, a PT-owned and operated network of clinics, is seeking a Clinic Director to lead the day-to-day operations of its outpatient orthopedics clinic in the Fredericka, DE area.

Top candidates will be team focused, detail oriented, have a track record of providing excellent patient care, and have the desire to lead in a collaborative, empowering style.

Base Salary starts at $80,000 annually (there is a range that DOE). Comprehensive benefits and additional compensation opportunities available.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Maintain responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, hiring, training and development of physical therapy team members
  • Leads the team to achieve high morale, positive atmosphere, and team centered environment.
  • Provides physical therapy services by evaluating patient care protocols; measuring outcomes; researching and evaluating emerging trends.
  • Develop professional relationships with the community and referral sources to grow and establish the clinic as a leading provider of therapy in local markets.
  • Management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), creating action plans to address any gaps between current metrics and goals.
  • Fiscal and budgetary responsibilities as assigned.
  • Maintain Medicare compliance and other quality initiatives.

Requirements

  • Active Physical Therapy License in the State of Delaware required prior to start date
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical PT experience, with at least 1 year in an outpatient orthopedic setting
  • Current CPR certification
