Clinic Director Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 annually depending upon experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations of the physical therapy clinic to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
- Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor patient progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize recovery.
- Conduct patient evaluations and provide hands-on care as needed, ensuring adherence to best practices in physical therapy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources and other healthcare providers to promote clinic services.
- Manage clinic budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on clinic performance, patient outcomes, and team productivity to upper management.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to enhance the clinic's visibility and patient engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy and integrate new techniques and methodologies into practice.
Essential Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification (specific educational qualifications not detailed).
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist in California.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a patient-centered approach.
- Basic understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
