Clinic Director|Physical Therapist Apply
Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is looking for licensed Physical Therapists interested in management to join our growing company in Calexico, CA as a Clinic Director! Physical Therapists who have been practicing for at least 2 years and have some management experience are encouraged to apply!
We are seeking motivated, team-oriented clinicians to provide exceptional patient-centric experiences in our outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate would utilize evidence-based orthopedic practice, exhibit a passion for individualized care and possess strong interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and clinic directors can earn quarterly bonuses when achieving KPI and profitability goals for their clinic.

- Starting salary at $95,000 up to $110,000 plus monthly incentive to commensurate with experience. Highly competitive and negotiable.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee clinic and staff.
- Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
- Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided
- Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up
- Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines
Requirements/Qualifications:
- California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist
- 2 years of clinical outpatient physical therapy experience
- Preferred management experience
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Works as a collaborative team member with other staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exhibits an engaging, friendly and professional demeanor with patients
- Commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and providing the highest quality of care
