- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active or in-process Physical Therapy State License
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist

This role is 85% clinical and 15% managerial:
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and inclusive physical therapy treatments to the local community
- Develop and implement customized care plans for patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Utilize advanced software to measure and track patient outcomes
- Accurately document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes
- Engage in continuous professional growth through workshops, conferences, and community involvement
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic
- Manage financial, administrative, and personnel aspects of clinic operations
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure clinic success and maintain a positive work culture
