This role is 85% clinical and 15% non-clinical:

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Deliver impactful and inclusive physical therapy treatments to the local community

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses

  • Utilize cutting-edge software to objectively measure patient outcomes

  • Accurately document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes

  • Actively engage in professional growth through affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the clinic

  • Manage financial, administrative, and personnel aspects of the clinic

  • Lead and mentor team members to ensure the clinic's success and maintain a positive work environment
