ClientPhysical Therapy provides a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions. • Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy program

• Active or in-process Physical Therapy State License

• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist

This role is 85% clinical and 15% non-clinical:

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Deliver impactful and inclusive physical therapy treatments to the local community

• Develop and implement personalized care plans for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses

• Utilize cutting-edge software to objectively measure patient outcomes

• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes

• Actively engage in professional growth through affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events

Managerial Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic

• Manage financial, administrative, and personnel aspects of the clinic

• Lead and mentor team members to ensure the clinic's success and maintain a positive work environment
