Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy program

Active or in-process Physical Therapy State License

At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist

This role is 85% clinical and 15% non-clinical:
Clinical Responsibilities:

Deliver impactful and inclusive physical therapy treatments to the local community

Develop and implement personalized care plans for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses

Utilize cutting-edge software to objectively measure patient outcomes

Accurately document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes
-
Actively engage in professional growth through affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events
Managerial Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the clinic

Manage financial, administrative, and personnel aspects of the clinic

Lead and mentor team members to ensure the clinic's success and maintain a positive work environment
