Overview Clinical Associate (Nursing Assistant) Training Program (CATP) at Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health. The program provides paid training for individuals with little or no patient‑care experience. Training Dates January 5–9 Hospital Orientation: January 12–16 (following week). If these dates do not work, additional classes and orientations are announced on an ongoing basis. Program Requirements Commit to no less than 24 hours per week (various shifts, including every other weekend and holiday rotation) for at least one year. Hours may not be reduced during the first year. Attend all training program sessions. Starting pay $19.50 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials. Benefit package includes free parking. Pay Range $19.50 – $26.24 per hour. Base hourly wage may be increased by factors such as seniority, education, training, experience, and applicable premiums.
