Moffitt & Mesaros ENT (i.e. Align ENT & Allergy) is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the clinical operations of our practices, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care in a supportive and efficient environment. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will serve as the link between clinical staff and management, facilitating effective communication and coordination across all departments.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing clinical workflows, overseeing staff training and development, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. We are looking for a proactive leader with a passion for patient care and a strong commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily clinical operations, managing staff schedules to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and effective clinical environment.
  • Lead clinical staff training sessions to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance across all practice locations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to streamline care processes, address patient concerns, and improve clinical outcomes.
  • Implement quality improvement measures, measuring outcomes and making necessary adjustments to enhance patient care services.
  • Assist with the management of clinical supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate resources are available at all times.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clinical staff and management to address concerns, provide guidance, and facilitate problem-solving.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to align clinical strategies with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations in a healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate clinical staff while promoting a collaborative team culture.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance practices in healthcare.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective changes to improve clinical services.
  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other practice management software.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
