The LCMHC is responsible for assessing diagnosis, treatment planning, implementing treatment modalities, as well as coordinates, monitors, and evaluates options and services required to meet the patients health and human service needs. .

  • Full-time employees have the potential to earn $60,000-$90,000 annually.

Qualification, Education, Experience

  • The ability to incorporate Christian faith-based interventions is highly important.
  • Fully or Provisionally Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of North Carolina and excellent standing with all licensing boards.
  • Excellent professional communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including session notes.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and clinical supervision (for provisional providers)
  • Coordinate care with other care providers, including medical providers, case managers, and other entities.
  • Prefer one (1) year of clinical work experience within a community health center.
  • Demonstrated skills in written/oral communication, documentation requirements, service coordination, and case management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of applicable rules and regulations and industry standards pertaining to clinical work in a behavioral health setting.
  • Computer proficiency and a working knowledge of Microsoft programs are required.
  • Must be a United States citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interact and promote exceptional service to our patients, families, physicians, fellow employees by displaying attitudes and behaviors that reflect compassion, respect, and dignity to everyone we serve.
