Role: Clinical Data Manager
Location: Maple Grove, MN (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and mitigate risks in clinical study conduct and patient safety.
• Review and analyze study data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Lead data cleaning and central monitoring activities for assigned trials.
• Translate complex trial requirements into effective data management solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve data discrepancies and maintain high data quality standards.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Health Sciences, Math, or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical data management, clinical operations, or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of data collection best practices and global clinical operations.
• CCDM certification is a plus!
