The Clinical Dietitian will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients.About the Hospital:FHN Memorial Hospital is a 100 bed acute care hospital located in Freeport, Illinois. It is known for providing comprehensive healthcare services to the residents of the surrounding communities. The hospital is equipped with modern facilities and staffed by a team of highly trained medical professionals.
