We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to oversee and support our clinical staff, ensuring high standards in patient care and program effectiveness. In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO, physicians, and Utilization Review Department, providing essential guidance in program development and staff supervision. The Clinical Director ensures accurate documentation, effective clinical operations, and fosters a positive, safe, and professional environment for both staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff, facilitating a cohesive and effective team.
  • Oversee all clinical activities, including therapy sessions and documentation, to maintain high standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs and performance reviews for clinical staff.
  • Coordinate with senior management to maintain compliance with policies and optimize staffing and resources.
  • Lead multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and contribute directly to patient care as needed.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and safety, maintaining adherence to state and federal regulations.

Requirements

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changes in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Experience in clinical operations, including personnel management, patient care, and regulatory compliance.

Graduated from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or health-related field.

A minimum of 2 years administrative and management setting familiarity, with Performance Improvement and JCAHO Standards necessary.

Communication skills to relate to all levels of management staff. Self-motivated and confident Application of Continuous Quality Improvement/ Performance Improvement philosophy and ability to develop organizational strategy.
