Job Details Level: Experienced Job Location: Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 Responsibilities Instructor for MLT student labs, on six select Saturdays each fall and spring semester and an additional 3-day lab as needed for MLT distance students in the fall semester. Instruct one online lecture course in the MLT program. Serve as Clinical Coordinator for HT, MLT and PBT practicum students and HT job shadow students. Maintain communication with clinical sites and Lab Science Program Director, per National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Lab Science (NAACLS) standards. Acquire new clinical sites as needed for student practicum placement. Manage student lab inventory. Maintain student lab instrumentation and equipment. Participate in all College and Program meetings as directed by the Lab Science Program Director. Qualifications and Skills MLS(ASCP)/CM or related credentials with current certification. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinical lab operations. Prior online and in-class teaching experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Proficient in computer applications. Serve as Self-Study reviewer for NAACLS under the direction of the Laboratory Science Program Director.
