Envision Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Associate Residency Program Director in Anesthesiology to serve across HCA Florida Westside Hospital and HCA Florida Northwest Hospital. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of anesthesiology education while working within two respected institutions in South Florida. We are looking for a dedicated Associate Program Director and Research Director with primary clinical responsibilities at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital (Margate, FL). The Associate Program Director is responsible for overseeing the organization, administration, and evaluation of the anesthesiology program at Northwest Hospital, in conjunction with the goals of the program and the Program Director. Clinical and academic anesthesiology experience is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and training residents, prior research involvement (including recent publications), and a commitment to continuous learning and development within the field of anesthesiology. Key Responsibilities Oversee the anesthesiology residency program, ensuring residents receive high‑quality education and practical experience. Create and manage the curriculum, developing and implementing educational experiences and assessment processes. Foster a positive learning environment, providing constructive feedback, support, and intervention when necessary. Monitor resident progress, ensuring required experience with procedures, diagnostic, and therapeutic methods. Participate in medical procedures and training, directing patient care and training other medical staff. Collaborate with medical staff and administrators to align departmental goals with overall hospital objectives. Lead or contribute to research studies and scholarly development.
