QualDerm Partners is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join our growing team in Blaine, MN. In this essential leadership role, you will coordinate clinical operations, ensuring that our patients receive outstanding dermatological care while maintaining high standards of practice within the team. You will be a vital link between the clinical staff and administration, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical team inquiries related to protocols and best practices.
  • Oversee the training and onboarding of new staff members, ensuring compliance with clinical procedures and standards.
  • Manage patient flow within the practice, adjusting staffing and resources as necessary to optimize efficiency.
  • Conduct regular communication meetings with team members to relay updates, address concerns, and share important information.
  • Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and coordinate orders to ensure consistent availability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures in accordance with OSHA and state regulations.
  • Assist providers during examinations and procedures, maintaining an organized and efficient clinical environment.
  • Document patient interactions and clinical activities in the electronic health record (EHR) system accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with Practice Manager to streamline operations and address patient feedback effectively.
  • Participate in staff evaluations and contribute to ongoing team development and performance improvements.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assisting program or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical environment, preferably in dermatology or aesthetics.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dermatological procedures.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team towards quality patient care.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in person and in writing.
  • Competency with electronic health records and clinical management software.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
