We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager - Emergency Room (ER) to join our healthcare team in Las Cruces, NM. The Clinical Manager will oversee the ER's clinical operations, ensuring the highest standard of patient care while managing a team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in clinical management and emergency care, along with strong leadership skills.

• Provide leadership and direction to the ER team, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Oversee daily operations of the ER department, ensuring staff efficiency, productivity, and patient safety.

• Coordinate with other departments and medical staff to improve clinical practices and patient outcomes.

• Ensure proper staffing, training, and mentoring of nursing personnel.

• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development of team members.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical protocols, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.

• Education: Graduate of a School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.

• Experience:

  • Three (3) to five (5) years in a supervisory role required.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of current clinical experience in Emergency Room (ER) or management.

• Licenses & Certifications:

  • Current New Mexico or Compact RN license required.

  • BLS Certification required.

• Other Requirements:

  • Ability to commute to Las Cruces, NM 88011 (Required).
