Role: Clinical Payments Analyst
Location: Sylmar, CA 91342
Duration: 6 Months
Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM (PST)
- Generate and process clinical study invoices.
- Review contracts and grant agreements for financial risks and billing issues.
- Handle payment research and present findings.
- Set up and maintain study and site budgets.
- Support month-end reporting and audits.
- Conduct payment data analysis and prepare special reports.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Study Data Systems team on system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Experience:
- 1-3 years in finance/accounting.
- 1-2 years in invoicing, preferably in manufacturing or clinical research.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
- SAP experience is preferred; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Computer Information Systems.
