Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a hospital-based pharmacy team in Saranac Lake, New York. This role is responsible for the accurate dispensing of medications and pharmaceutical supplies in accordance with departmental policies, while working closely with healthcare teams to support optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense medications in compliance with clinical standards
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and pharmacy regulations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff on patient care plans
• Provide clinical guidance on medication therapy and drug interactions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff

Qualifications

• Active New York State Pharmacist license required
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical or hospital pharmacy experience

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 annually
• Hourly: $73 – $77 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
