Coordinates and implements staff education, orientation and competencies in alignment with regulatory requirements, company strategic initiatives, evidence-based practice across all clinical specialties within market. Provides education inclusive of both clinical performance and electronic health record documentation.
Day shift; M - F, but some night rounding to meet with staff for education may be required. Minimum of 2 years of NICU educator experience in Levell II or IV NICU, CNS preferred. Pediatric education experience or pediatric nursing experience preferred.
