Clinical Coordinator RnClinical Coordinator Rn Mitchell Convalescent Center Routine Services Camilla Nursing Full Time Day Shift 8am-4:30pmPosition DescriptionRequired Skills:Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to provide clinical and administrative leadership to nursing team.Competency in basic nursing skills.Ability to learn basic computer skills.Provide on-call coverage per facility policy.Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace as essential functions of the job.Honesty and maintaining a professional composure in public are important aspects of the job.Responsibilities:Effectively perform as Charge Nurse if assigned.Manage Medication Cart and other equipment if assigned.Maintain resident rights and confidentiality.Participate in the annual State Survey of facility.Demonstrate effective clinical skills and utilize the nursing process in planning or providing care for residents of all ages.Maintain a safe environment for residents co-workers visitors and yourself.Accurately and efficiently complete documentation with the highest concern for accuracy and completeness.Maintain current certifications and licensure required for position.Ability to effectively supervise staff.Assume first line of responsibility for all admissions and discharges.Responsible for clinical orientation and education of direct care personnel for the facility.Development and implementation of the performance improvement program including evaluation collection and reporting data.Responsible for completion of various reports and audits as required or requested.Actively assist in the hiring and onboarding process for new clinical staff.Education Requirements:Graduate from a school of Nursing.Licensed by the Georgia Board of Nursing.Certification in Basic Life Support.Experience:Five (5) or more years in active practice as a Registered Nurse preferred.Physical Demands:Good mental and physical health.Perks/Benefits:(for eligible employees): Have optimal opportunity for career growth within our growing organization Medical / Dental Retirement Plan PTO and paid life insuranceWhat Sets Us ApartArchbold Medical Center is a four-hospital four-nursing-home health system with 540 patient beds.
