Job Description:

Job Tittle: Quality Improvement Specialist I

Location: Remote - Candidate must be in TX

Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extensions)

Shift: 8 am 5 pm M-F (CST) ; OT is not required and will be optional when offered

Walk me through the day to day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):

• Assist with processing invoices for chart chase projects including
• Data entry of invoices
• Tracking progress of invoice payments
• Reconciling payments to invoices
• Verifying receipt of medical records listed on the invoices
• Outreach for delayed payments to verify receipt of charts

Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:

• Completed payments for invoices

Tell me about what their first day looks like:

• 8:30 am IT training call
• Welcome call with leadership and project managers
• One-on-one walk through of resources

What previous job titles or background work will in this role?

• Data entry, accounting
