Quality Specialist IIThe Quality Specialist II will support ongoing clinical excellence within the organization by serving as an advisor to the medical staff, administration, service lines, support divisions and departments regarding the specialty practice area of quality improvement. The QS II practice is consistently focused toward achieving quality, cost-effective, patient focused outcomes across three spheres of influence: Patient/Client, Organizational/System, and State/Regulatory. The QS II will provide leadership in the development of evidence-based policies, procedures and protocols, and best practice models for patient care within quality specialty area. This position will collect and analyze data to monitor and document outcomes and cost effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives. The QS II will also lead multidisciplinary teams to implement innovative performance improvement programs with a focus on meeting the needs of the patient across the full continuum of care.With 12 ministries and access points across Indiana and Illinois, Franciscan Health is one of the largest Catholic health care systems in the Midwest.
