Are you an experienced RN with a passion for leadership and patient care? Join our team as a Clinic Supervisor and play a vital role in shaping the future of orthopedic services. This position offers the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with strong leadership skills to ensure exceptional patient experiences and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide hands-on clinical support, including casting, splinting, staff and patient education.
  • Supervise and mentor Ortho clinical staff (RN, MA, etc), fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Oversee daily operations, inventory management, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with providers and managers to improve workflows and processes.
  • Lead performance reviews, training, and corrective action when needed.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance patient care and employee engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • RN license with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
  • CPR certification and valid WI driver's license.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies.
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
